REGISTRATION FEES & NOTES

• 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
• Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Saturday, March 29, 2025 or when the event is sold out.
• An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the Swan City Spring Run.
• All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
• VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
• Your credit card statement will show a charge from “2025 Swan City Spring Run” for your online registration into this event.
• By December 31, 2025 participants must be 12 years of age to participate in the 10K. Participants under 18 years of age must have a statement signed by their parent or legal guardian permitting them to participate.
• All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
• The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
• A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event. 

Registration is non-refundable.
Transfers will be permitted until online registration closes – use the Transfer option on your participant dashboard to transfer your entry to another person. Transfers will be subject to a $5 transfer fee.

A very limited number of extra shirts in various sizes will be ordered on top of the pre-ordered quantities and will be available for purchase at package pickup and on event day.

Race Weekend Registration is available at package pickup and on race morning. We will accept credit cards or cash.

Day of Race

Race Day Package Pick-Up will be available at the start line from 9:00AM to 9:45 AM.
